This is so great. Since 2002 I have the IDShield service and I have not one infraction on my ID/credit so far. This is incredible. All my important documents are secured in the the system and are monitored 24/7 thank you I DShield!

Can’t Login anymore!

I used this app for over a year, and it was perfect. For some reason, I am unable to login any more. I think there is a glitch or something! Please fix it.
App stopped working IPhone 8 Plus
stopped working for me
It was a decent app to get updates on my credit score but now I can’t even login. It won’t accept fingerprint or typed passcode. The app just stalls out in a never ending circle of processing. I’m guessing it’s because the last update was 4 months ago according to the App Store.

I try to open the app, use my finger print to unlock it and then it just says please wait and never loads. Fix it please!!

According to recent email there is a new version out, but it doesn’t appear to be on the App Store. Additionally, I cannot get the app to open on my iPhone 6S, and the only way to alert the company is by posting this review.

I like this app it’s very useful,it lets you know if anyone is checking your credit or anyone trying to steal your identity
Won’t open alerts!

Just downloaded this app to make checking it easier and it works except I can’t open the alerts! Always get a network outage error which just isn’t correct because everything else using 4G or WiFi is working perfectly. Tried turning off WiFi and using only cellular to connect and same error! Something just isn’t right here ....
