Why did you guys remove the feature to view previous footage?

App is useless now that I can’t view my previous footage. What’s the purpose of this? Bring that feature back it’s crucial

I’ve depended on this app to be able to review access to my vacation home. It is the mist undependable app I’ve ever used. Very difficult to navigate. It freezes 50% of the time . Totally undependable. I can’t wait to get nest or some other program . Also, there is no sound. How ridiculous is that! The installer claimed it was for legal reasons. REALLY? It’s MY HOME! I would Never ever but this! Horrible!

Can no longer view previous recorded video after update. When you tr to set the start and end times, the screen becomes unresponsive showing only current time

Worked fine until this last update. Now I can’t view previous footage it just says no record.

Latest update 1/2021 has a bug. Cannot pick specific time when reviewing video.

Absolute fantastic app....until last update when playback has become useless. Can change date...but not the time. Have to fix immediately.

Couple of issues

- The time is reset to year 2000 frequently, i guess after power shut down. And there’s no automatic time update. - I’m no longer able to playback any footage. When I want to playback I can choose the year but I cannot choose the time. It’s stuck to the current time for start and end and cannot be changed. - Sometimes I’m getting a pop-up ad once I lunch the app telling me to download another app that is not associated with the current company or developer to use instead of this app. Please clear out this confusion.

I have problems to Play back more than one. I can review only One hour before. No problem laptop , problem is app on iPhone. I need help with this.
