The system doesn’t send motion detection to my phone I try to get help through tech support and it prompts page not found I want the developer to contact me to help me out

This app blows!!!!! Has never worked the way I expected. Spent 3,000 for a security system for my business to be able to be alerted with movement. Never worked properly.
