Okay ima just start with saying that this game takes so long just to make a couple bucks. Like first I have 29 and then when my costumers go I had 33. Which is just only 4 dollars (I did the math myself). Also the salary’s are WAY too high. I have 1 chef and I have to pay 90 dollars for their salary. Is that how much you need to pay if you had an actual restaurant? I don’t think so. Anything else this game isn’t bad but just please fix the salary’s and the money making thanks for understanding.

The game is fun if you’re fine with getting bombarded by ads and the developers greedy money hungry tactics. “Oh you don’t want ads? Well give us $10.99!” And that is almost always on the screen. “You want more than (in game) $10? Well watch this ad to make any progress!!” They’re so desperate for money lol. I’ve never seen a remove all ads cost more than $5 (and I feel like even that much is uncommon). It’s kind of pathetic. Still, it’s fun if you’re fine with that. I definitely won’t be playing it for long because of this. But they don’t care. They just want your money. Please don’t give them that.

I had finally gotten to the second restaurant and once I got there I worked on it for a little bit, then when I went back to my first restaurant it kicked me out of the game. I went back on and ALL OF MY STUFF WAS GONE! I had to restart THE ENTIRE GAME! I had worked very hard to get there and then this happened. Whoever created this game, fix this. Until then, I do not recommend this game because it just deletes your stuff.

The Good: This game is addictive and catchy. It’ll definitely keep you engaged and is perfect for passing time. The Bad: I had an issue with the game glitching and starting me over after already having the first restaurant completed and well into the second. There’s no cloud system for the game so there’s no way to retrieve progress. The Ugly: You’ll have to go through the tutorial all over again before being able to do anything else, and start all over again regardless of your previous progress if this ever happens to you. The Conclusion: Customer service responded immediately via here. It wasn’t through the application so I was given a better email and communication was excellent. They reimbursed me with codes to be redeemed but the only issue I have is that I was given codes that cited “already own.” Only the codes for the small & medium gems worked. After frustration, I stepped back in the game and took the minute to go back through the tutorial. After which, I was able to get into the settings that was locked. Sure enough, once I hit restore purchases, my major complaints have been resolved. I have 350 gems and the perks restored. I don’t have my Big Offline deal back or the one prior to that either, but I do have my unlimited 2x profit without ads. I haven’t been playing longer to see what else is really missing but all in all, I’ll send another email to say “never mind” about the codes that didn’t work. I’ll take my losses. Secondly to all of this: I hate that they can take a week to address this issue but close my ticket after I didn’t respond in ONE DAY. Lord FORBID that we—a customer—might actually have something going on in our life outside of GAMING.

i got this game a few days ago and it’s pretty fun. i was just getting to having enough money for more tables and upgrades when my phone died and now all my progress is gone. i tried turning my phone off and on (sometimes that helps when this kinda stuff happens) and it did not work. i am very upset that all my progress was deleted and no way of getting it back. to everyone with the app, don’t let your phone die while having the app or this might happen to you as well.

My game got erased after days, and hours playing it.

I played this game since it came out. I really enjoy the idle games. I can play this game all day just upgrading. I even ended up buying the no ads for the game which was a really time saver too to just speed things along the game. Today I was on the last unlocked level, and when I switched restaurants to check the progress.. an error happened where it went back to the very beginning with the tutorial which completely wiped out my progress. At first I hoped for it to be something else, and once I was done with the tutorial all over again I checked to see if my restaurants weren’t gone. Very sad to realize they were gone. I even checked to see if my in app purchase was still available, which I had to go to settings to restore my in app purchases. It did right away as if it still had my status still there somehow. Now I’m not in the motivation anymore as I was before to realize I can’t play the game I called my favorite. It was very disappointing. I emailed for feedback hoping for a restore. If that’s not possible. Then this game deserves a 2 star at least. Don’t recommend if you waste your time and effort towards the game for it just to be wiped out with a tap to another restaurant.

It’s ashamed how you must watch ads to further your progress in these games. Other then the continuous time spent watching ads, what else are you doing in the game? Earning the same overly expensive upgrades to earn stars to go to the next spot. Idle games are not worth your time.

Overall it is a really good game I think there should be like at least three small tables or make the big table cost 3000 what I don’t get somebody pls comment and tell me why do I always lose so much money when my shop closes nevermind I kinda misclicked on the four star when I saw that you responded I was really happy
