Horrible because of one problem

This game has a great concept and in all is good but there’s one problem it has that ruins the whole game and that’s my data not being saved or being erased moment I close the app out

This game is fun and I quite enjoy it but every time I close out of it and go back in to it all of my progress is gone I hope that the developers can fix that if you fix it I will rate 5 stars
Doesn’t save progress?

Twice now I’ve lived this game and it wasn’t where I left it. Had to re buy characters and complete same quests. More or less losing HOURS of idle time. Which is the point of these games.
