I do not understand the raven reviews—do not in-purchase this app. I paid for the unlimited ($14.99) (forever) plan and cannot access any of my files so I can convert. I’ve sent four emails to the developer and have not received a response. I talked the Apple Store yesterday. If I do not receive help after my Thanksgiving break, I will be seeking a refund.

I am trying to convert a file for a long time but it’s not playing at all. I don’t think it works that good .
Had to purchase but help not in English

Had to purchase then try to get access for the least expensive plan because I’m literally on my deathbed and all the help is not in English. Very disappointed!
