Need a sign up button

You need to add a sign up button. There is no way to sign in with out a user name or id currently there is no sign up button or create account.

The free two week trial doesn’t offer any insights that I couldn’t already get from Instagram Analytics for business accounts, so I decided to upgrade and check out the available features for the Pro platform. Turns out those features weren’t of much use to me and so I canceled my subscription after 15 days. I hoped customer service would refund my monthly payment, but they declined.

Not happy!! Got charged $9.99 for this app and I deleted it last month after using it for free for several months. Didn’t upgrade, but got a charge from them on my credit card ?

They don’t refund if you cancel you subscription even if you paid annual. Other apps/companies do the same thing for substantially less money. Most of the valuable services are in the advanced lvl - $59 a month.

I wish it had the same capabilities as the website. You can’t search for custom dates if you have their basic account which is unfortunate if you are on your phone. Other than that, it’s a good app.

DISTORTS IMAGE QUALITY! Beware if you want your pictures to post cleanly. This app drastically pixelates your images. I will stop using because of this. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!

Just downloaded the app and it won’t let you sign in. Just enter password. Kind of impossible if you don’t have one set up. Less than user friendly!
Can’t schedule video

The app crashes every. single. time. I attempt to schedule a video post from my phone library. It compresses the video then crashes
Lacking Needed Features

This is a paid app/social media service, so why do I need to pay more for something that is available for free through Instagram, such as the carousel feature? The carousel option is a native feature of Instagram and yet with this app that I am paying for, I don’t get that free future without paying for the upgraded membership..... this is just stupid. It would make sense to pay for Iconosquare to get additional features that are not available with Instagram, not to lose some. This is just ridiculous and not right for a paid service, not matter what level of membership. If Instagram offers that feature for free, why are you charging for it? The new feature that came out for posting instantly/directly to Instagram is a great idea, but what’s the point if I can’t add filters to my photos? Or have carousel schedule multiple photos in one post? I downloaded the app to turn that setting on just realize it lacks too many features. Now that I have unlocked the feature by downloading the app, I can’t turn the setting off without having to uncheck the box every single time I want to post something new. This is annoying. How can I just turn the setting off completely, because I don’t want to use it at all and I don’t want to have to remember to uncheck the box every single time I post?! Why is the preview your feed only available on the desktop and not from the app? If you’re using the app to scheduling post, it would make sense to be able to see what your feed would look like from the app as well. This feature is only available on the desktop. I am on the app now and I got on because I wanted to do some engagement, but you can’t do any engagement from the app either. I can only engage from the desktop. I am feeling like this app and service is more work than I anticipated. When it comes to the app, what I do like is that I can upload photos from my phone into the media library, so that I can actually use them on the desktop when I want to schedule things out. Please take this review as an opportunity to improve this app and give your customers the value they deserve for what they are paying for when it comes to native Instagram features.
