I’ve been playing this game forever, and recently switched to and iPhone XR, does anyone know how to fix this? Or will there soon be support for my version?

I mean it is okay animals are great but the dino world I want to get that for ever and it cost 70 acorns and my mom can’t pay that 110 acorns because she buys alot of acorns and the acorn cost of the dino world needs to be 10 acorns

I love this game. My only issue is that I cannot tap the shop button. Once I tap it it does not open and I tap it numerous of times. Please fix this ASAP. I hate to uninstall this game.

Im at level 149, when it got to 99% it went to 1% without leveling up, I tried to contact support but they removed the option from the game, only FAQ remains, and support in App Store loads blank page, Leading me to believe the game is no longer supported even tho they will still take money for in game upgrades??!!??!!
