I have been playing this game since 2013. When I downloaded on my new IPad, I can no longer log in to Gamloft. I never get the event games. I am very disappointed. I contacted Gameloft on several occasions and they can do nothing about my situation??? I still play, but no events.

This game just says I need to put it in “standard view” in my settings. There is no such setting on my iPhone X.

What happened to the updates and adding to IceAgeVillage? Everything just stopped happening for this game! I can’t even find it on your list of Gameloft games! I have been playing this for years, have spent lots of money and have been enjoying building my villages. Tried to write to you via customer service that doesn’t even work! I wish I could get answers to what the heck is going on. Did you just shut it down? No more updates, or anything for the fans who love playing this? Truly saddened! I’m almost to level 100! Then that? Volcano erupts and takes out my village? ? Disappointed

The game tells me that it doesn’t work on zoomed view and to change it to standard. So I got to my settings and turns out I already have it on standard. So I thought, I’ll change it to zoomed then back to standard and that didn’t work. Come to read the reviews, I’m not the only one who experienced this. Please fix this. This is only harming your app instead of helping it.

I downloaded this in hopes to mess around with an amazing movie meets addictive hay day themed app. In return, I launched it and it gave me a notification saying “This app does not support zoom view. Go to settings and change it to standard view.” So I went to settings, only to find that I had standard view ALREADY ON. Then I got to thinking, maybe if I change it to zoom view then back it will work. It didn’t. Soon after, I launched the app with the zoom on, that it said it didn’t work with, and to my surprise it got to the loading screen, then the game! But, it was only another disappointment, as everything in the game was all funky because it was zoomed in. Long story short, when I launched the app with the correct functions, it told me they were wrong and did not even load, and when I used the wrong one, it loaded but was all messed up. Please fix your software people, it shouldn’t be that complicated.

I literally just downloaded the game and how does it welcome me? By crashing 50 million times? I will not keep the game if the crashing continues please fix it ASAP?
