After struggling to make sense of Apple’s podcast app I discovered this gem. It allows you the flexibility to setup your listening how you want it. I highly recommend it.

This is THE podcast app to have it you want total control over your podcast experience. It’s easy to get started using it with the basics, but incredibly powerful if you invest the time to explore the options and their impact. There’s SO much you can do to optimize beyond the defaults!

***update*** Still the best podcast app by far. Im having an issue with airpods with this app. With every other app, my airpods respond to touch (siri, play/pause), but not icatcher. It doesnt work at all with this app. Please fix this issue. This is the best podcast app by far. One recommendation. Can we get a siri shortcut that plays the most current podcast? Thanks! Update: Please give us a siri shortcut that plays the most current podcast a user has been playing. Thanks!

..hands down, imo. App is updated often and Joe responds quickly to customer concerns. Numerous and powerful features. Easy to use. Very highly recommended! ? Request: Please make icatcher compatible with AppleTV. I have to use the stock Apple podcast app on my Apple TV and it is truly an awful app.

I have tried several different podcast apps, and this one is heads-and-shoulders above the others. I love how flexible and customizable it is. (If I had one wish, there would be a single button I could use during playback to save a particular message while it’s playing, so it wouldn’t be automatically deleted afterward. Otherwise, when driving, I have to stop playback until I can pull over, Bookmark the message, Lock it, and Add it to a Playlist that Saves Messages after Playback. (I want 99% of my messages to be deleted once I’ve heard them - just a handful would need the ability to be marked and saved for later.).

The best and most important app I own! If you love a myriad of podcasts and hate hunting from your home comp every day and then transferring to your phone, then this app will be the best for you too!!!! So happy I found this! THANK YOU!!!

You can make a playlist that checks for new episodes hourly(or other choices 4,6,8 hour interval etc.) and jumps to the top of the playlist for the next podcast based on priority. You set the priority and if it downloads OR streams that podcast. **Search the Internet in the app for RSS podcasts or streams.** UGHHHHH There are way more features but these are my favorite. No better podcast app. Also I can transfer episodes to my Apple Watch so I can run without my phone.
