Lost my appointments

Just got a new phone and the calendar lost a lot of my appointments. Received email from iCalendar and showed me how to get my calendars back. They’re back!, thank you! Appreciate the quick response and help!

I had to look up an appointment scheduled for next year, and to my amazement, none of the calendars I have on my iPhone had a “search” option. I also depend on iOS reminders, but all the calendars I looked at in App Store had either/or and none had “search and reminders” together. I finally found iCalendar, downloaded, paid for the reminders option, and I am now a happy camper! Thank you!!

I was excited to get iCalendar because of the customizable snooze function. When receiving a Calendar notification I have the option to snooze for minutes or hours. I find that very useful. But I found a major limitation. iCalendar does not run a background task on the iPhone. This means if you add an event to your calendar on Google from your computer it will not sync with iCalendar until you use your iPhone to actually view the calendar. So I would add events to my Google Calendar from my computer and not receive any notifications on my iPhone. Just having icalendar open but not displayed as the active app on my phone does not cause the calendars to sync If you schedule all of your calendar events using your iPhone then it should work fine, but if you're like me, working from the desktop all day and scheduling events from there, you won't get event notifications without opening the phone app to cause it to sync. I did exchange a few emails with Symfonie customer service. They were patient and helpful but acknowledged the limitations of the app.

This calendar has been on my phone phone and iPad for years and I love it!! It is way better than the one apple loads and has Great options to keep me organized and stay on track. The ability to create different calendars and color code them making my appointments stand out on the overall monthly, weekly or daily views has been great. It honestly has everything I need and more. From reminders, to locations, color coding, sharing events and so much more. It is so easy to use! I can't say enough good things about this app. Everyone should have it! I did recently get a MAC and I wish they had a desktop/computer version but I'm not complaining. I use my phone and iPad with no troubles at all. I have recommended it to many of my friends and family who now use and love it too.

Great app, really have enjoyed it so far. The support is phenomenal. I had two questions, sent an email to support and got answered on both within 8 hours. Will really help me keep on top of tasks!
