It’s shocking that a BANK would have a failed app for so long and not take quick action to resolve. Previous versions had major issues and was unreliable and now I cannot even log in. Very disappointing. Zero stars.

Very slow and sometimes even does not run when loading it. A mobile bank app way below standard.

I called the customer service to help me out but what they did was to tell me that the app works perfectly fine on their fon ! I asked them to check with the IT dept but they told me there is nothing wrong with their app ! Its a stupid app and website! You guys really have to work on it !

I tried registering myself 10 times and got registered and then tried logging in 50 times and then still getting errors in logging in i can’t believe this is 2019 and having 10 years backward app like this .so much disappointing app . I only option to give 1 star. Zero stars for this app .

The worst and lousiest mobile app ever! I have reported several issues so many times but nothing was done. Transfer always fails; poor dashboard!
