App doesn't even start.

Downloaded the app, tried to open, nothing, no prompts, no actions. As always way behind all other banks. Most likely will not work nightly like their supposed "24/7" web banking. Always behind most banks in qatar.

The app is very slow to open, hangs when it’s finally opened and crashes. Please fix it. We live in a mobile world and we need a working app from you. Please come with us in the 21st century by giving us the digital services that other banks had years back.

I think the Bank never pay attention to advance technology and service.... meanwhile other banks keep up their good work.. please do something and fix add service, pay bills pay CC or something.. just come to 21st century

After I downloaded the latest version of ibq app, I cannot log in any more. And when I changed money from QR to USD last time, the rate was 3.66, but it is always 3.65 in exchange office. Thus, I have to say this app is much worse now

The new app works horrible. Been trying to pay my credit card for like an hour now. Now dowloading the app on my ipad to see if i have any luck. Worst. Ever.

The app doesn’t work, I cannot register and cannot sign in. I can do on my laptop but not on my app. One star for the layout, but the functionality is ZERO.
