Couldn't work out how to play

I couldn't work out how to play this game. It's not like any Suzuki game I've ever seen and the appeared to be not ply o instructions but after the first play appears to require credits.

Im not a sudoku player but when I played this game it was fun and interesting! I had to first find out how to play the game online after that it was fun and began to keep my entertained!!!!
