I can't restore my data or play the game!

I was super busy with work that i didn't play the game for 1 year and thrn when i wanted to play again i can't even start the game or restore my data from facebook i reinstalled the game abd nothing happened?

So I had a saved account long ago thru Facebook, but now they aren’t approved by them any more so you cannot connect with facebook. If you do, it would just be an error in the game saying Facebook isn’t connected. So it’s just better to play the game as is and start a new one.
Please comeback for events and holidays!

I really miss the active spirit of this game with the crane games, events and holiday celebrations. This project is just something to keep going with! Perhaps you can make advertisements to gain more of a following if that is motivational!!

I’ve played this games for years till I took a break from games and social media until today where I’ve come to find out that there is a MAJOR issue with trying to log into your account. The download process is smooth until you attempt to log back into your account (recover it.) Even though you go through the Facebook confirmation and security processes and accept to reconnect Facebook to the game it stops mid loading screen and pops up with “Failed to log into your Facebook account. Please try again~” but no matter how many times I delete and re-download or restart the game I end up in the same deadlock. So with nothing else to do I went searching for a solution only to find that MANY more faithful players are experiencing the same issue. Many have claimed to not have received any response from PATI even though several emails and requests have been sent. I’ve also noticed that PATI hasn’t updated the game in such a long time, 2 YEARS (and their Facebook) everything seems to have dropped off since then. ALSO if you try to click the customer service links in the comments from their previous post the URLS no longer exist or are linked to fraudulent websites. I don’t know what happened to PATI But it’s really unfair and unprofessional to leave so many faithful and dedicated users without answer or notice ESPECIALLY those who spent money on the game.

I have played I love coffee and I love pasta by Pati games for many years . I have been unable to login to my I love pasta account through facebook , every time I login through fb it shows an error saying App not setup: This app is still in development mode and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions. Please fix the issue, I have been trying to login .
The game is really fun but there’s only one thing

I love the game so much that I’m addicted to it,But there’s only thing and it’s something about game.Why is it so hard to unlock stuff like I started playing this game last month and I’m on a Lv.4 in a half of a month.I barely have only the starters stuff still and I just wanna have my dream restaurant but I like the game and I’m getting there.
Loading takes for ever!

I don’t know about you, but loading the game takes for ever. In the beginning when I got it, it took me over a day for it to let me in. Please fix it.
