My game keeps freezing

I really enjoyed this game I had it downloaded before and then I took it off and I downloaded it again and for some reason every time I try to go into the game it freezes and I don’t know how to do it worked fine the other day now it’s like it’s just frozen and every time I exit out and go back in and still stuck on the same screen then when I click on the support button in the App Store under the game nothing happens what do I do how can I play game if I can’t even log into the game

This game is easily one of my faves! There’s so much to do and a lot of customization it’s hard to get bored! The graphics are adorable and a lot of themes and varieties of items are in the stores. Just a few lags here and there but definitely runs pretty smooth! Thank you for creating this really fun game! ?

Crashing when loading and won't load all the way please fix love this game but got rid of and tried downloading again when I started having problems in the game while playing! I would like to see the friends thing be added so that you can add as many friends as you can and that you don't have to add Facebook friends if you don't have any to finish a goal! As of now working good again thanks!

I love this app so much, there is so many details and the art style is amazing. I really appreciate the new events or anything that has been added. The only issue that I would like to confront is that sometimes when I go into the app, there is like a glitch where the audio would sound off and then it would freeze and exit the game. If you could fix that, that'll be great.

I love this game, to the point of addicting but it never fails. Everytime I go to visit a friend's restaurant, it loads all the way and then it crashes before the screen changes from the loading screen. This has been a problem for months now and I've been waiting for an update but, nothing. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
Ads dont work

I enjoy playing this game, but one really annoying thing is that I cant seem to get the ads to work. For example, if I am watching an ad for an additional reward, the ad wont appear and the game will just freeze and I have to restart the app. This gets really annoying. If you could fix that, that would be amazing.

장본거 두배받기, 광고 보고 블록 받기, 알바생 재고용 할때 마다 에러나서 두배 받기 안되고 알바생 자꾸 도망가는데도 참고 꾸역꾸역해서 레벨 80 되었는데요... 요 몇일 동안은 아예 들어가지질 않네요. 어제도 하루 종일 안 되다가 저녁에 한번 들어가지고... 지금 로그인 안되는거 반나절 넘었는데 그럼 또 알바생들 다 없어졌을 거고... 오래된 게임이라 문 닫으려고 일부러 이러는건지... 에러 고치시면 영업보상 주세요. 블록이랑 캐쉬보상.
