Fix it again

Was working fine last week, now when I click on the app it immediately throws me out. I would really like having this fixed because all my pictures are on this thing

Tried for first time, app wont open it crashes. I deleted and re-installed, look like it would open but crashed brand new frm Anazon have to return!!!!!! Mad as heck!!!

I cannot get this app to open on my iPhone or my daughters iPhone. When I tap on the app icon, the app appears to try to load then just closes out back to the home screen on my phone. I would like to be able to use it.

Bought the easy flash off amazon to copy iPhone pictures off phone. Downloaded app and haven’t been able to copy a single picture. App crashes ever time when trying to open. Should be support to get these issues fixed!!!

My advice: Stay away!!! My first use, I left my phone backing-up photos. Came back to it hours later, and there was some apparent progress, with 1.5g used of the 128g. Then it prompted me to set a password. I didn’t understand what it meant to “connect four dots,” then tapped “modify password. It then said “Enter old password,” and I’ve not been able to access it since.

The app isn’t in English so I have no clue what it says. The instructions in the package that came with the easy flash are in English but it doesn’t me no good if I can’t understand the app.

As previously noted, the app is not in English and there doesn't appear to be a way to change the setting. Afraid to click on anything for fear of deleting something I may need.

Although this is a wonderful idea the developers have given no instructions in English. That being said this app (and the dongle) are useless for English speakers which is sad and should be fixed if being sold to English speakers.
