It Doesn't Work

JDBernardino

Enough said.

Perfect!

Down loaded a free version an it was crap but this one saved the day. Worth the 9.99 fee. Presentation went flawlessly with no hiccups. They do say not to connect via wifi and it's true manually type in the IP address to pair your phone to the laptop. My only complaint is that the screen interface on the phone does rotate which will throw you off. Let's make the updated version keep it's vertical orientation all re time no matter if you rotate the phone during your presentation.

Not functioning easily!

Great app!

I use this for my presentations during my class. I have major cool points when they realize I am using my iPhone to control what they see on the big screen while I walk around.

Don't bother

Spacecrab

Can't run presentations longer than 15 slides with the trial version and it crashes.

Too much hassle

AndrewRyz

Failed to work on 2 different occasions, never got it to connect, crashed.

Failed to connect-0 stars

iPhone 4 (iOS 5) to macbook pro (snow leopard), failed to connect. Would have been great for this super simple 12 slide presentation. Too bad.

Just really bad overall

Takes 20 minutes to understand and set up, and you need to work on both your handheld and desktop/laptop which you can't always do. Some wireless networks (such as in schools or offices) won't allow bypassing the firewalls. You have to close and open the ppt every time through the program. Slow and complex, works half the times. Overall just a really bad product for an amazing idea. Get it together guys!

It is pure horror

Gross! This product stinks! It's not worth it!

Excellent app

This app saved my tail today in a presentation. Setup takes a few minutes but isn't difficult, just don't wait to do it until 2 minutes before your presentation. Also, if you have an Airport Express, you can create a network anywhere so no needing to find a network to join. Stinks that the free only does 15 slides but the upgraded version is SO expensive. I ended up advancing my last 3 slides on my own rather than pay the 10 bucks. However, if you regularly make presentations and like to walk around, it is probably worth the money. Favorite thing was that I could view the speakers notes on my phone while walking around and speaking and clicking through the slides. Made for a seamless presentation.
