Games works fine until you hit lv48 when you unlock sprite After that you'll always crash when trying to enter sprite menu or any battle Raid works for some reason but you'll never be able to advance in anything after

I can’t believe how bad this game is, the connection is always super unstable (according to the customer support, it’s my network issue, not theirs, oh joy how useful). When in reality tons of people in the guild are complaining about having connection problems, it’s extremely annoying when you are in the middle of the game. The promo pack is also so frustrating, after spending hundreds of dollars on this game, I’ve been waiting for this one hero - warlord, and it’s been over a month but he never shows up. And because how overpower and versatile this hero’s skills are, it makes players who don’t own him extremely difficult to compete with the ones who have him. The promo pack is always promoting heroes that I already have and upgrade me to 7 stars (why on earth would I need those????????) All in all, it’s a garbage game, please don’t fall for the trap.
Customer Service is Laughable

Brought up a point to a customer service member through the Help section. They even admitted I had a point about something not being made clear by the game and me not getting some rewards I should have for a purchase, but still wouldn’t reconcile it in any way. After that I asked about ways to go about getting a refund and never got a response back. WATCH. WHAT. YOU. BUY. Don’t expect any help from them.

Decent game, played it for months. Update came out, and i lost everything, im actually frustrated with this because i got characters that you cant get without a lot of grinding, or paying money. I didn’t spend money, instead i grinded for them. Now they are gone. My account was wiped as far as i know, and i have had no response from support. The game was actually enjoyable, now i think it was a waste of time

Whoever said it was garbage ur wrong it’s the best cuz I got the overlord guy in one hour so it’s not garbage and my connection is the best that’s how I got the overlord guy so quickly it was be best glitch ever. It’s also not a garbage game.

It’s a good game but if you look closely on the starting screen when your getting into the game if you look at the top you can see someone in the App Store getting a app

Non-existent for this game. They take forever to get back to you and tell you they can not do anything for you. They mostly deny the problem is on their end and tell you to reload the game. No matter how many times you tell them you did what they asked you to do they ask you to do the same or to try the game on another device. Why loading a game on another device would help it run on the one you are using I do not know. But I can tell you it does not because I have repeatedly done what was asked of me. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS GAME. Save your self the frustration.
