Lame Update and lost all progress

So today I updated the game to the latest version and guess what... all my progress was lost. I spent a lot of time and money on this game (VIP10) and now I have to start to all over. The game was a guilty pleasure of mine. If the developers cannot provide an update and preserve your save/content then it is not worth your time. I wish I can give you 0 stars because what you did was lame. I am deleting this garbage app and moving on.

Got on today after updating and my progress was reset, lost everything I worked for. Looks like it’s time to delete.

I was at level 57 and I updated and now my character is deleted all of my money that I have wasted on the game is now all gone my characters are now all gone I am not happy

Just like the others, my account was reset back to level one. Contacted support but we'll see if the problem actually gets resolved. Will delete if it doesn’t. I need more space on my iPhone anyway haha.

Lost my account when new update occurred. Customer service was little to no help. Lots of time and a little money wasted. Won’t be using anymore of their products.
