Works and the colors are great but seems the company has abandoned this product, can't get any support, I can't update the firmware the base won't reboot itself to install updates. But still usable with the updates. If some,one has successfully updated firmwares on bulbs please respond here how you did it.

Fun to have, but it barely links up with the wifi on time. I have to open and close the app like 3 times just to turn my lamp off. App needs work.

During setup bridge prompts for numeric passcode that I couldn't find documented anywhere, I couldn't complete setup. Product website is a joke, no help there. I agree with another reviewer that product seems abandoned.

It says lights are off when they are on. The bulbs claim they are RGB but option doesn't come up. No support. If you're reading this it's probably too late, try and return the product.

People do not understand how to set it up and leave bad reviews. It comes with instructions, really easy to set it up and works like a charm. Plug everything in and push the pair button once, it will pair with your app and when it shows the light bulbs, push the pair button again. How easy is that. Old password is "000000". Come on people wake up! We need to keep up with technology.

Basic functions work OK. However, like others have said, the app prompts to update the firmware on the gateway and the bulbs, but the firmware never gets updated. Also, tried to set up so I can control bulbs when not at home but "internet" mode shows no bulbs are available to control. Product website has no support section. Consumers are left on their own. I won't be buying any additional TAPP bulbs or accessories.
