Why do you allow customers to use vile user names? I don’t want to see the F word every time I play. Most players are courteous but some are just nasty. You need to stop this. I now have screenshots of some of the horrible stuff written and I feel was directed at me. You need to pull someone going by Maj. Phantom. This a vile scary player and prior messages that I was unable to find were filled with venom and profane words beyond horrible. Do something or lose our club!

This game was great when I first started playing, but now it is all about money...you join a club to get chips and make friends. They want you to do events and take all your chips, and want you to buy more and more and you continue to lose...I complained to support what was happening, I was winning and not getting credit for it and they called me a liar! I really hope they fixed this app or I am definitely deleting it!

Why do you not receive puzzle pieces when purchasing lottery tickets. I purchased 210 tickets and did not receive one. Why are they even available on the puzzle page if you’re not going to receive any?

So sad used to be fun and enjoyed club and events. 4plus year player. Now lose and win a little and keep losing? Events now are mostly coin suckers. Sad long time player. With no wins why keep trying here. Figure it out Huuuge or you will continue to lose long time players. If wins were random you would win some too. Still sucking coin Huuuge. So sad other sites win and have better perks. Last update with " charms" perk for coin sucking games cause stability issues or funny when at a winning table you get booted or not credited proper win . Rules clearly stated win at 3xs win and sent photo to you only to be told nothing out of ordinary all wins automatically computed sooo to bad on loss of193890085..... Well I think it's a built in problem, they have bad programming then. Bummer . Soo Don't buy as they are cheating you.

This game sight hooked me from day one, now playing for awhile it gets more and more annoying, especially after the maintenance is done. Just like today and what drove me to write this review. Playing Phoenix Gardens, starting out with just under a billion points, and my level up 95%. 5million bet per spin, less than 15 minutes, I have less than the 5 million to spin again and level up % is up to a whopping 97%. What a joke and it’s not like I don’t spend money on your site, you would think that you’d like to keep people around that spend money, but I guess not. Shows me that you have to much money so I’m headed elsewhere and I know it’s not a big deal to you but it feels good to just say it, and not have one of your team members reply again with I’m not seeing anything wrong on our end maybe take it off auto spin. The game is fun but it’s set up to make you spend money. Customer support is awful and you’re lured into events and they don’t give rewards promised. I was stiffed 13 billion and no help from customer support. Multiple emails and they play dumb.

You win a ridiculous amount from any bet and no matter how much you change your bet you will never hit again till you’re out. This game is super rigged. Editing to let you guys the game 4 star is super inflated and bots. If you look at the reviews it’s nothing but 1 stars from real players.
