I am missing 120-160 MILLION coins! I worked all the way up to that amount finally and when I exited game and re entered I had 203k are u serious? I tried reaching out to support but it won’t load to send message!? Frustrated and going to delete if they don’t make this right!

I have been playing this game for awhile and in a top level platinum team, but recently we have lost some top players due to the frustration level playing this game. In the past you had a decent chance of hitting big wins but now you win next to nothing. If you make the mistake of buying chips , instead of getting better wins you loose even faster as if they expect you to spend more money. It is a shame because most of us have made great friendships while playing in clubs and the way we win now is ruining the fun of this game. I for one will not be spending another penny on this game unless something changes. You as a company may be making money now but in the long run you will be loosing loyal customers who have now had enough. The greed in this country is a shame.

Game used to be really fun, but now you can’t help your team members, you pay out do not come close to your bets, most of the time you can’t even hit a free spin to hit your daily goals. You get diamonds you can’t use. And it’s gotten to where you have to buy coins more often to be able to play longer. Games are so tight now you don’t hit jackpots in most of the games. Other games let you help team members. And give you more pay outs. I think it’s just the games them selves that make me keep coming back. But it’s getting to the point where I spending to much money not to be getting real money back and there games you can actually win on now online so just might spend my money there.

Both Huge Casino and Billionaire Casino seem to have difficulty with counting and adding winnings when I use the automatic spin. I frequently get short changed. My bets tonight and other nights range demo 2 million to 5 million. Not happy with these games. And you have raised the bars to high for playing thes billionaire special games. At least you should raise the payouts commensurate with the spin amounts.

First you pay like 5 dollars for 200 million chips, okay, cool, but those chips are usually gone in 5-10 minutes due to the greed players get. Great game but too hard to get chips freely and to keep the chips over a long period of time
