I really do love this app but everything sold out now the app is unavailable. Are they restocking? It’s been down for over a week now. I’ve been using the app for 3 years now and never saw anything like this happen. I just want to know if they are going to restock. Thank you Edit: app is still unavailable and I still haven’t heard anything. My rating will keep going down until I get an answer. Please just restock or I’m deleting the app Edit: see I went down to one star. No one is going to install your app if it’s completely unavailable. I want the app back it used to be my favorite thing now it’s not Edit: all I want is for the developers to give me an Answer

I love the app. I’ve found a lot of great dupes or lower prices for products that other places seem to upcharge for not apparent reason. My only issue is that I no longer seem to be able to get on the app. It keeps telling me that there is some kind of error and to install the app again. Which I did, but it still doesn’t work. If someone could reach out to me to tell me what I can do, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!

I downloaded the app and reinstalled it multiple times it won’t even open ! I can’t view anything in it if it constantly is crashing.

I had this app on my old phone and it at least worked but I spent enough to spin the wheel and everytime I spun it would “glitch out” and somehow never work to get my gift. And now on my new phone I re-downlaoded and now it says theirs a problem starting the app please try again. Over and over. Deleted it and tried again still same problem. Like the idea, but very scam like with the spin and now the app itself won’t work.

I have used this app multiple times before and I LOVED IT and also spent hundreds of dollars, but now I can’t get the app to load, it won’t open at all, it pulls up a notification stating that I should restart the app. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it twice and when I tried to get customer support it won’t pull up in safari. Very disappointed.

I just downloaded this app and every time I go to open it, it says “Unable to load, please restart app”. I have restarted the app countless times and it will not open. I deleted the app from my phone and redownloaded it three times and it still won’t load or open. I am very disappointed because I really wanted to try this app to buy makeup
