I love using this app to purchase makeup however recently I tried to open the app and it says “unable to open please close to restart the app” I’ve tried this several times and I even uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it, but it’s still unavailable. I really love using this to buy all of my makeup products I wish this would be fixed soon...
Wont even let me on the app

It wont even load but neither will the app help nothing with this app will load and i have full bar wifi and is fast with any other app and full data tried on both and i was really excited to use this app bc of all the great revenue and i love make up especially deals

I use to use this app a lot and I had deleted it because i thought I had enough makeup. But now I wanted to use it again and it won’t let me. It keeps saying there’s a problem with loading. Yes I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again several times but it tells me the same thing.

I’ve been trying to use this app for sometime now and for some reason it won’t let me open it. It won’t even let me get passed the main screen. Obviously the so called bugs that got “fixed” aren’t.

I have been trying to get inside this app for 3 days now and it’s not letting me telling me the app is down its not my WiFi it’s just not letting me. Lost me for a costumer I used to love it!

This app was awesome when it first came out but now every time i try to open it the app crashes , this happens when i tried to checkout in the app as well. if this could be fixed it would be greatly appreciated, like i said , great app but flawed for me
