When HUdl gobbeled up Krossover , the high school stat industry gained another conglomerate that has zero customer service ideals and is strictly there to make more money off of high school kids . There needs to be more pride in their service and currently I’ve had a dozen messages left over a 6 month period with No One taking responsibility or willing to reach out to help . It is disgusting !
High Speed Buffering Feature

Constant “buffering pin wheel” while using high speed scrubbing feature on 13 Pro Max. Never had issue on 10 XS Max.

Hudl is still clunky, not intuitive dashboard and limited user prompts. Video upload should be easier. Help functionality must be improved. Need to re-do tutorial for editing, taking clips. If you want Hudl to be the premier site, more work to do

The music the app provides is horrible and i think we should have the choice to upload our own music.
Keeps stopping

Terrible, worse app ever, I can’t even get through one minute of a video with out it stopping to load or freezing
Poor execution everything

Multiple occasions I have gone to upload, only to have an “error” and the files lost. Ive tried direct upload, computer transfer upload, and uploading from 3 different devices. Any time I reach out to customer service the response time is a week, minimum. They don’t have a number to call either. I cannot express my disappointment enough in this program. If you are a school system thinking about licensing the software, I urge you to look elsewhere. In the meantime I hope this post finally gets their attention so I can get help for once.

My daughters stats each time a game is posted, only highlights steals and that’s it. Is there a setting to correct this?
