Almost impossible to get help

Have been a loyal customer for 10+ years. It is extremely hard to get help, customer service is slow, absolute garbage.

Great App , but I can’t hear the sound unless I have in headphones on a phone and there’s a delay in the sound sometimes. Please fix.

when i try to search names and the. i try to scroll down it gives me a loading wheel and dose t show me more names

It’s be nice if we could ODK clips in “mass quantity” through the app. For example: select clips and make them all Offense. Select certain clips for Defense and Special Teams. Instead of doing it one by one on a computer. Entering data on the app isn’t possible. But holy cow it’d be sweet if we could!! At the very least the quarters, ODK, Hash and other things that are clear by looking at the thumbnail. I tried to find a way to reach development, but was striking out. Hopefully they see this and can make it happen…???

Hudl has made my life so much easier as a player, I am able to access film and watch highlights.

I love Hudl. It’s perfect for football and studying film. I also love the highlight option so you can pick out certain plays you did really well on.

highlights on app please

I spend hours making a highlight video on a computer but then I have no access to it on the app. I pay for the highlight reel to be be sent to me electronically and it never sends. I call and they claim they sent it to me and send it again but it never comes through. I end up without my money or the highlight reel. Certainly for the thousands of dollars spent Hudl could do better.
