A generally positive experience with some potentially major flaws

I should add the review is based on a premium experience The title gives my experience away in full, the UI is great and honestly I love the way the app is structured. Compared to other apps of similar nature and other dating apps in general this application really is something special. However I noticed an issue pretty quickly, my messages all have been sent however have never been marked as delivered. This essentially kills the app and ruins what I perceived to be a positive experience, perhaps this issue is specific to my account or is a rare bug however it's a killer none the less. Also I may add that there is a level of possible scam involved with this app, it advertised a free diamond trial and charged me regardless.

Great idea, terrible execution. I bought Premium for $39.99 for one month (said screw it). I’m traveling for work in a very populated city for a month. In that time frame I got one view, no likes, and no matches. This app is essential a scam. It gives you a free week trial and then after that it’s useless if you don’t pay the insane prices. Come to find out it’s still useless. All the profiles are probably just people that used the one week trial and left the app. Note to devs: when literally every profiles description says “can’t view likes” something needs to change.

Bad design no activity

Tried twice to verify my profile, following instructions, and it failed both times anyway. Clearly it was an automation failure. I live in a dense population area, and only saw the same half dozen potential matches. Over and over etc. Extra perks are way overpriced and app did not earn my trust enough to purchase them even if the prices were fair. Felt gross having it on my phone. Felt great to delete it.

Money was taken when “Free Trial” was supposed to start

Wanted to try the app. Went for the free trial and it ended up charging my account anyways. Would like my money returned please.

Bugs out

App is awesome, content great, but it kills my vibe when I’m listening to music on my home pod and I send a message in the app and it cuts out my music COMPLETELY. the Apple Music player says it never stopped playing and the timer keeps goin g as if the musics still playing. I have to completely disconnect from the HomePod and reconnect to resume music, by which 30 seconds later I’ll have to repeat the whole process when I send another message. Great app ruined by a bug in the software

I’ve tried 4 times over multiple days and every ruined I try to delete my account it gives an error message and won’t let me delete the account. Its a scammy method to boost their user numbers

My account got suspended for literally no reason and they say to “contact a HUD team member” to fix it but doesn’t tell me how to do that, no link, no email, nothing. Stupid.

Like title states, app doesn’t work. My account(s) got banned for no reason, and developers won’t respond. I just tried to create a new one, and the account was suspended within seconds. Even after I paid for the premium. Luckily I cancelled it so I won’t be scammed. Real shame, app used to be good, but will randomly and indiscriminately suspend your account and won’t let you make a new one. I would love a developer to respond to fix my accounts.
