First day I downloaded it it offered a free week trial, so of course I accepted it but it charged my acc anyways.

My account got suspended and I didn’t even have my account for an hour because they said it fake. I’m not understanding how they assume my account was fake. I was in the middle of a whole conversation with someone and now I may have missed out on something all due to them suspending my account with isn’t fake!!! So if someone could please unsuspected my account that would be greatly appreciated.

I started the premium memebership and took the time to fill out my whole account just to be banned for no reason that I can tell. I didn’t break any of the community guidelines. The only thing I think could have happened is them mistaking me for being underage? I could prove my age if they would respond to my customer support messages from the last week...

This app is awful. It is apparently completely impossible to match with anyone without paying for the premium service. Every feature yummy click on brings up the ask to pay $15 per week. Per week?! Who is paying $60 bucks a month for this when Tinder, Bumble and Hinge are both usable and free. Want to send a message? - Sign Up. Want to see your matches? - Sign Up. Want to see who LOOKED at your profile - SIGN UP. Completely awful interface - deleted.

Do not waste your time with this app. I used it a month and was charged multiple times, emails “tech support” regarding the issue and never received a response. In a months time I never came across a legit female on there. 9 out of 10 messages are generic and tell you to check out their snap or they are “escorts” who will meet you right now even though you are in the east coast and their profile says they are on the west coast. I would also receive multiple messages a day from a fake profile using the same profile pic over and over again. How they do not catch this is beyond me. Biggest waste of time. How they are still in business is beyond me. Garbage.
