I have been able to print and scan a variety of documents through this app very easily. Since I have my work email connected to the phone, it has been very helpful in not having to always be running to a PC in order to print and/or scan/send papers that I got from a meeting. I will definitely be using this app a lot in my new position as a manager.

Works I guess but why not allow me to print photos on ordinary paper? Oh I know, the App's real purpose is to sell high margin supplies.

Set up was easy for me. The only problem I had was to set up my hp printer wireless trough my home network. But the installer showed me how to do it manually. Once set is easy and fast to print from your devices.

I decided to go with HP not knowing anything about this App but what a great value-add for me and my family. We can print away from home and send emails to our virtual email address and have it printed by the time we get home. HP really empowers the IOT of today's era.
App much worse than previous versions

This used to be a perfectly good app, but the duplex scanning functionality was removed. There was no reason to do this and completely ruin the main use I had for this app, which was scanning double-sided documents to my iphone. The app is useless to me now. _______ Now that the app has been "upgraded" the menu choices that used to be on the top level "home screen" when the app was opened (print, scan, copy, capture etc) are now buried in a menu accessed from the top corner-> inconvenient. Worst of all the functionality to select two sided/duplex scanning seems to have disappeared. This was available in previous versions and without it the app is essentially worthless.

If setup were any easier I would have to check to see if this wasn't designed by SkyNet. However, being that I just installed the app and was immediately asked to rate it that is the reason for my three star rating.
