Great but could be better

I love the easy print option but if we could have options to scale the pictures down with preset sizes like 5x7 and so on it would be awesome because just fit or page and manual scale it’s hard to judge what is a 5x7 or 4x6.

Very easy to set up, especially with my Mac. The quality of prints is crisp and there is no delay. Very impressed with the printer. I also bought the square trade agreement which is approx 18 usd per year and fully covers everything, just in case anything happens beyond warranty. This is essential given that printers age with time. For now I am happy with HP, let’s see if this satisfaction lasts, and I sincerely hope so.

I can print pictures straight from my phone and I don’t have to go to the store and have them done.

Constantly have to reset WiFi on printer to get the app to show printer is online

Garbage, every printer we have had doesn’t do this but the two HP printers have been a constant WiFi headache.

This app was easy to download and easy to use. I highly recommend it. Another great feature is that it was free! I was also pleased that it works with my HP photosmart printer which is several years old. Thanks HP!!
