Hate printer so far

Printer just setup thru app, that was fairly easy, however, it keeps turning off automatically within 5 minutes and when trying to print it tells me printer is offline/not available. This is frustrating.

The installation was very hard, but once the printer and Wi-Fi start connecting and working my experience was great. Thanks I have my printing completed.

This is the worst printer I have ever used!! From day one we have nothing but problems with this system. It never feeds paper correctly. The majority of the time we have to send the document several times in order to print it once. It goes through ink rapidly. I’ll think twice before purchasing another HP product.

I find this to be a very non-intuitive platform. Wasted lots of time figuring out how to print greyscale, for example. Also, for a 15 page document, I have spent the last 10 minutes trying to figure out how to print just 1 page of it.
