I made 5 spins and all chips gone, just uploaded. I never played game that it would not give some hits at least for first hour of illy. Deleting this owners are to greedy. They don’t deserve one star.
Level up bonus is not added to coin total on new version.

DONT DOWNLOAD OR YOU’LL BE GRAVELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SUPPORT!! AND GAME FUNCTIONALITY!! I’ve been playing this game for 3+ years. I know you can’t win real money or anything tangible but I don’t appreciate it either than when their program (which was just completely redone which has been awful) has a glitch and causes you to loose 21+ BILLION points you’ve been accruing in a double bonus spin with 63 spins left and the game just all of a sudden reboots itself causing you to loose the 21+ BILLION points you’ve won up to that point and the remaining free spins you tend to get a bit peeved ESPECIALLY when you reach out to their support and rather than them looking at their logs of your I’d and replace the winnings and provide you with something else for you loss of spins I have to question the programmers and software management team’s integrity. I have put in hundreds of dollars in to this game. You’d think they could so something for a now former loyal game player.

I was playing Quick hits and won 1st place and awarded $48Million and it did not get it. This really pisses me off when I played this game all the time and the most I have won. What is up with that? I want my money

Couldn’t be more rigged if you tired. Thank you for the five spins a day I get waiting on free coins. Get the 24 hour bonus only to get 5 spins daily. Why would I spend real money when you can’t even win with the free coins? This is supposed to be for “ entertainment “ but not feeling it. I know you will say that the games are set to play just like at a real casino. But the difference is I can win REAL money there and you charge almost as much. Mission to level up four times to get large reward on Hot Shot Lottery Challenge. When it was time to collect, it wouldn’t let me. Eventually it just threw me out of game, therefore losing my reward. Happened two times in a week. Won’t be wasting my time with playing for extra money again. Love your games but don’t won’t to be cheated. I also took a picture of game showing that it was time to collect.
