I had previously posted a review where I mentioned a technical issue I was having with the app and that help was not available.I received a quick response from Sean at Hot Shot Casino Zendesk asking me further details about my issue. When I described my issue he provided a solution which worked! My issue was solved much quicker than I expected and I am back on line playing the games. Kudos to Sean and the great technical support by the app developers!

I really enjoy the bonuses even though I can’t purchase anything right now. Question, why y’all take my points as soon as you give them. As y’all can see I be playing half of the night sometimes, so I do enjoy playing. Now I’m about to go back to my game to ease my mind. Continue with them bonuses. Thanks once again!! ??

Purchased multiple coin packages and no wins! Used to be fun and kept you playing but no more. How can you spin 10; 20; 30 times and win NOTHING??!

Playing the game when about 50 spins with not even one win. They just push for you to buy 20 million chips for 5 bucks every 5 seconds why would I send that much to lose it in 5 mins no thanks don’t waste your phone space

When I level up it indicates I’m getting coins, but they never show in my balance. Has anyone else had this problem? I’m thinking of deleting because if I can’t get additional coins for playing to level up why bother.
