I used to love this app when I first got it. I love yoga and the poses in this are challenging but fun. But a couple of months after purchasing it, it started freezing up randomly in the middle of a flow, right before it was about to move on to the next pose. I've tried tapping the screen, double tapping the home button on my iPod but nothing helps. It usually takes a minute to unfreeze which isn't a huge deal but it's annoying how it always does this. Please fix!

I use this with other yoga apps (mostly Pocket Yoga), and it's a great addition to any workout routine. The short sessions - each with their own targeted focus - are really useful. Plus, this app can give a real challenge in a few minutes.

This is an awesome yoga app. I combine a few sequences for a wonderful asana practice.

Absolutely perfect app for a beginner who wants to get reacquainted with the practice of yoga. Great audio and imagery provides clear instruction. Even has a log your progress feature. A+++!

There is a lot that is great about this app. Visually, it's clean and sleek. What it's missing are a warm-up sequence and a playlist feature where you could stack up some of the individual workouts to play back to back. Also, the poses are each explained well and held for a nice length of time. But they don't flow smoothly from one to the next within the workout sequence. So the workout is slightly more jarring than a yoga class should be. If those things were changed (hint, hint, developers), I would give this app five stars. Even in its current state, it's a good app.

You jump right into warrior pose with no warmup. Only one sequence is more than 15 minutes long, several are closer to two. No clear way to string them together into a workout of warmup, strength, cool down.

Yoga equals relax+exercise. This app is not yoga. It's just exercise with yoga poses. The whole time I did the workouts, I didn't feel relaxed. That might be because I had NO IDEA what I was supposed to be doing. Yes, the app explained how to do the poses, but the person in the picture should have moved so that I could tell what she was talking about. Reading the reviews it turns out the exercises were bad anyways. The only exercise that felt ok to me (notice it's just ok) was the quick calorie burner thing, but the rest sucked. If you want a REAL yoga app, (Aka relaxation + exercise) try simply yoga.

I don't understand why this app isn't that famous. I mean duh it reads instructions for you so you don't have to keep looking at the clock and whatnot. Get this app people.
