It's boring, the tutorial was torture. Controls are good, the design is neat. In app purchases are ridiculous (starting prices for single boosts are like $2). Also too much loading, and again, BORING. I'm not even going to finish the tutorial. You want a fun time management game, try ANY of the Delicious/Emily games.

It’s a great game and it keeps you occupied but I wish the game could be updated for iOS 11 so I can continue playing the game.

Loosing muffins??

Almost every time I open the app some of my muffins magically disappear! Also, I have had the game freeze on me a couple of times where my nurse or doctor get frozen on doing something. If these were fixed I would def give 5 stars :)

Game freezes a lot if you have to use diagnostic machine, mainly with pregnancy. Is fun, but you don't get all the credit. Level 100 seems to be highest?? Enjoyable game though, except for Research Center! Kind of dumb!

Love the game but I wouldn't want to be one it's sad losing a patient but my little legs can only go so fast

Where did it go???

I left one of my building to go another several times. I didn't pick back up my beds and equipment and I lost everything there. I lost 6 beds, many plant, special equipment, and VIP chairs. Other than losing all of my stuff it is a fun game.

The game it's self is fun... But my muffins disappear all the time!! Oh and there is NO way to get app support. Also the game has some major glitches!! Need some updates!! And would be nice to have a help section! One that explains the tools and patients better!! Oh yeah and you can't see the whole place at once if you need to... Like I said needs improvements!!
