I just purchased muffins with my stars to open the next hospital and it did not work. It took my muffins and kept the hospital closed. Now I need 187 muffins instead of the 62.

This is a really fun game to pass time away. No purchases necessary. My only problem is that I got the big hospital open finally and after the update was brought back to level one with no other hospitals open. Really sad.

Great except for a bad glitch

Love the game, it's really fun to play except for a really bad glitch where the doctor just disappears and can't do any actions at all unless you restart the game????

My doctor character keeps disappearing. It seems to happen when I am touching the screen too rapidly, which is quite common in a time management game, and therefore I've hardly made it through any levels. Terrible game.

This game is a huge waste of time, I download it and it goes black on me as soon as I open it, not worth it at all!!

This is one of my favorites. It's a well-designed time management game with a robust improvement/customization system to allow the player to tailor responses and shore up playstyle weaknesses. I've had this game for about a year and haven't run across any major bugs (or minor ones, really), and it's still fun. Best of all, it's an OFFLINE game! Yes, no ridiculous internet connections, so it's commuter-friendly! You also don't need to spend real money; you can earn everything with patience. One of the best!

This was my favorite game until today. Getting on I noticed I was back at level 1 and during a play my doctor disappears and my nurse glitches/gets pixel-y and the game won't move forward.
