I would like it if it worked

I loved the set up of this app until I started trying to enter information...it won't let me. It comes up with an error saying fields that I already filled in are required. Very frustrating especially when I shelled out $10 for an app that doesn't work.
Horrible App/Bad Customer Service

I found this app to be frustrating & things would not work correctly for me. One example is the profile horse photo...no matter how many times I saved it, the photo would return to a basic horse icon. It did this on my iPhone & iPad both. I re-chose & saved the photo numerous times. Also, their customer service is all through Facebook. That is very unprofessional. Not all people in the world have Facebook. Is simple email too old fashioned? All I wanted was a refund. Simple. Or, even if the refund takes a while, I'd love a response telling me that one is on the way. If I do not get a refund I will dispute the charges & do everything I can to get my $9.99 back. I'll be using EquiSketch from now on...

Not only can I not get the app to work, their web site is not working either. I was able to save one photo today using the web site then it would not save any others after multiple tries!! Then I spend $9.99 on this app!! Just like the web site it let me save one photo then just refused to work on anything else!! Total waste of money! WTH??

I like layout of this app. Easy to use. I wish it could set a reminder to my phone when you set a next appointment date or next due date. Would keep me from having to set several reminders in different areas. But the last update was great adding the breeding section as we have 2 Mare we are keeping track of.
Crap App! Save your $

Calendar is not functional! Wasted my time writing in all my horses Farrior dates and info. No PAST info is saved in calendar, only future dates! So you can't look up when your horses were last done. Waste of money!

Good Start Needs Some work

I could not find a tool that can sync across all my devices. I like the concept but it needs work. First the calendar needs to show an agenda and create reminders. Second there has to be a view of a stall card like view that you can view the profile going down to the to other details like pedigree, breeding, etc. It's a very good starting point but need to work the functionality and UI.

I've used this apps for a few years and they fell behind and have no customer service or ambition to improve their app. It's no longer worth the hassle. I have a horse having major health issues and can not export the data to PDF to compare histories. The online version and mobile version should be the same. And if exporting can be done only on the online version it shou be able to take the info from the mobile version and export those too. Who designed this is absolutely stupid. They had a good idea but failed to exploit the usefulness to the app. Going back to a monthly paid service.

I own a lot of horses and this app is a great help. I love the interaction with the pc to iOS also
