App not working right

This app was good and I liked the content but now it takes so long for it to load that my child and myself just don’t want to deal with it any more. Also it used to be $4.99 now it’s $6.99 for subscription. Since I can’t load it I’m just gonna Cancel my subscription.
Favorite Kids Video and Game App

We switched to Hopster about 4 months ago after I got sick of YouTube “Kids” being too hard to manage and my son inevitably watching inappropriate videos, or ones that brought no value to his entertainment. Thank you for having genuinely kid-friendly thanks for my son to watch, easy games for him to play and the ability to go data-free as well (which was a lifesaver while traveling). I won’t ever go back to YouTube for him! His favorite are the shape matching games, Mouk and anything that lets him scribble all over the screen!

My toddler loves this app. She has learned counting & all about carnivorous dinosaurs.

We had an issue with the things being locked but I just had to signed into the app again so keep that in mind but my daughter loves all the videos and content.
