Can’t access the 7 day free trial

This app doesn’t seem to be working. After entering my birth year when I tried getting a free trial, it says “In-app purchases are not allowed,” yet I have not turned off in-app purchases.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This app does not work. I’ve been trapped in their system for 3 payments or more, emailed with no traction, and an app that doesn’t work on any device. Website doesn’t even display way to cancel under manage subscription. That combined with unanswered emails means an endless loop of them swindling you. Stay far away from this app. Such a shame, too.
App is great when it works

My daughter enjoys the games and shows and is great for the plane. However, after the latest update my app crashes before it gets to the main page. I have updated my IOS and it still doesn't work. I'll have to cancel my subscription if it isn't fixed.

Great learning tool! The games are helpful and fun and there is an extensive list of tv shows to watch. The characters are cute too!!!
