Love my vacuum but the app has not worked since I got it. I’ve owned the vacuum for around 4 months now and it’s still like when I first bought it, the app opens, shows the logo, and does nothing. It can’t be my phone because I have an iPhone 8+. What’s the point of having it on here at all if you’re not going to fix issues?

It just flashes the Hoover logo when I open up the App, I even restarted the iPh and it still doesn’t work

I’ve downloaded this app and deleted and downloaded again just to make sure it might have a fluke going on. Nope this app won’t even open.
