I’m not even sure what this thing is supposed to do. It won’t load. All I ever see is a Hoover logo. Vacuum works fine without it. This is another example of a solution in need of a problem.

Looks like I'm having the same issue as a lot of other people where the app just shows the logo. And it doesn't look like you've done an update in 8 months?? Can you fix this please?
Is this even an App?? Or just logo!!

Downloaded the “app” several times. Doesn’t even go to he menu. Hangs on the hoover logo.. what a disappointment!

I open the app and it’s stuck on the Hoover logo page, doesn’t do anything after that.

It worked kind all right the first time, except by schedule that didn’t work at all, after many tries. but days later it stopped working, it stays on Hoover logo page e that is it! Upset!

HATE THIS SO MUCH!
Okay so I got this vacuum as a present for my dad bc he HATES vacuuming our big house. Anyway it was okay at first but I had a lot of trouble hooking the vacuum up to the app(plus there is many Hoover apps so I didn’t know which one to use! Thanks Hoover for not putting barely any directions in the owners manual by the way. It was a huge waste of time) when I finally got the app hooked up it was working fine. I set up a schedule too and it was for every other day at 10 o’clock in the morning which was perfect, then it started going off at weird times in the morning and night which was suuperrr inconvenienced bc it would wake everyone in the House up. One night it went off at 1:30 in the morning. Imagine my frustration when I got up and had to find it, it was stuck under my dads bed!! WTH Hoover fix the app for god sake! I was so angry that afternoon I called Hoover and it said it only works with ONLY IPHONES 6PLUS AND OVER. I have a iPhone 6 and now that I know the reason why there is no way to fix it. None of this was in the manual for your information. I’m so mad. Supper disappointing. On another note the vacuum doesn’t even work that great and doesn’t go on carpet that great either. It always leaves some what of a mess still I might as well just vacuum myself without this dumb thing.

I have an iPhone 8+, I got this vacuum a week ago and the app worked fine for a couple of days, but the past 2 days I try to open the app & it only shows the logo. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled the app along with restarting my phone with no progress. I see a lot of other customers are having this problem.... please fix?! Obviously it’s an issue.
