Borrowing limited to 6 a month

The site is good but it allows only 6 a month. So if you borrow a book that you don’t like you cannot return it sooner than it’s fixed expiry date. Very inconvenient.
Inconsistent Connectivity

Connection to the audio books are always spotty. This occurs using both the WiFi and cellular service. When I attempt to open the actual book, I get the everlasting spinning donut causing me reboot all the time.

I like listening to audiobooks the shower and this is free! You can also get Ebooks and audio books and movies. This is amazing, I really recommend this app and it’s actually really free.
The reader is buggy

The reader 1) freezes up, 2) settings are unavailable, 3) can’t move forward or backwards on my iPhone X

Ever since the latest update the text has been cut off by the bottom margin and I have to constantly alter the text to be able to read words or sentences that have been cut off in order for me to read a book. Fix this.
Hoopla is the best!

I LOVE this app! I can borrow a wide range of books and not have to worry about money. It keeps track of where you left off and plays in the background. I highly recommend this app!
