I love this game, just one thing if it rotated I think that would be nice for iPad. It’s fun and very entertaining! Please make it rotated ??
Multiplayer won’t load

I haven’t been able to open multiplayer for over a week despite deleting and reinstalling the app and rebooting my phone a number of times. Is there a fix? This is not the first time this has happened. I love the game and am very frustrated.
Where's my ad-free version!

I purchased the ad-free version a couple of years ago, but when I deleted the game to clear my storage and then reinstalled it, ads are there. I can't find a way to contact you and get my ad-free version back. Those long ads are so annoying it makes me not want to log on as much.
Why?

On my old tablet the game was free and had no ads. I loved it and spent many hours playing it especially when flying. Got a new tablet, loaded it and am stuck with ads. Luckily the old tablet still works.

The game is no longer accessible after the initial ad plays. The screen freezes. Deleting now.

Fun game a bit challenging but basic word formation with rep of same words formed many different times within same,round. Many times finger will cross over a adjacent letter, thus taking up seconds better spent creating correctly. Spelled words causing frustration.
