I was experiencing the program just stopping after doing a few letters. Now you do a few letters and it crashes. Please fix this!
Scoring and Opponents

I love the speed of this game, it’s been a favorite for a long time. You know there’s a ‘but’ coming, right? I don’t get how opponents are chosen in Multiplayer. I will see that I won a game, and in the results I have lost a very old game to someone. Also, there is one person, Sheila something, with the little kid in the profile picture, who must have a million games/scores in this app. She is pretty much the only person I get matched with. Is it just she and I playing? It would sure be nice to have some variety, and maybe not lose loads of games 100,000 to 10 (I’m exaggerating about the 10). I know, she’s excellent but could we have some variety please? I’ll go over to Words With Friends where the scoring makes sense and you can clearly see who you’re opponent is.

It’s sometimes impossible to start a new session. The little video that plays to advertise another game doesn’t load and there’s s blank black screen that doesn’t go away. It’s enough to make me look for a replacement word game.

The "Collapse" game is cool, the others a bit tedious, and the scoring system is hard to figure out. A pause feature would be nice. This app runs smoothly and offers a decent diversion for playing on trains, in waiting rooms, and the like. The deal killer for me is the unskippable ads, many of which are 30 seconds long. Do the advertisers really think anyone watches them, let alone buys anything because of them? Replace them with a banner, or even 10-second ads, and I'd add a star.

I deleted this game for awhile and have now reinstalled. As you see below, I paid for the ad free version. The reinstall has ads. Please give me the ad free version. Thanks. ... and bought the ad free version. All those ads for games about homicide are not what this 70 plus senior wants to see. Fun game but those ads are as annoying as those on TV. ??? I'm getting bored with the same layout. How about an algorithm that will mix up the letters every time ?

I like the concept of this game. I played Spell Collapse for several years till it no longer was no longer accommodated by mr iPad. My suggestion is to increase the length of words it accepts. This version is too simple.
Okay but glitchy

The game is good when working but I paid to get rid of the ads (which are LONG btw) and keep getting error when trying to connect to the app store to remove ads... even reinstalled the app.
