I discovered your app a couple days ago and signed a bunch of friends up. Was able to cash out one but now none of us can cash out and it’s been a couple days. We all receive the exact same copy/paste message when asking questions. Be transparent. I go to all your social media pages and see no update about the situation. And I’m trying to convince my friends it’s not a scam. Rating will change if situation is resolved

Over $35 of my balance mysteriously disappeared. Customer support (ticket 34954) chalked it up to the fact that I added a duplicate card 7 times (which is false). Asked them to double check and no response after multiple follow ups and 11 days of waiting. Very unfair and smells scammy. Use at your own risk!

I Will Give Hooch 5 Stars Again Once They Fox The Issue With The Referrals. When 1st Downloaded referrals and the credit of 5$ was working just fine after redeeming my 1st gift card now the rules have changed , no longer able to cash out at 5$ now 50$ is the minimum and I have not been credited for 3 of my referrals I have emailed them waiting for Problem to be solved when done I will give 5 stars.!

In NYC where the average drink costs ~10$ a membership pays for itself after one use, and you can use it every day. Great app and excited to see how they expand with the TAP rewards

I was locked out of my account and am feeling very uncomfortable that my bank information is linked now if I cannot go back into my account. I have tried to get in contact but cannot.

The application is asking for location if I give you permission you shouldn’t be asking me what city is closest to me and if I have to link a car and you don’t have my bank what am I supposed to do boo

This is a scam. I was supposed to get $5 for signing up and linking an account. I did that and nothing. Doesn’t speak well for this app. Don’t waste your time.
