Heard of it before it becomes popular. The app experience is easy and seamless. I just show the bar tender my app and they give me my drink. I love that I can tip in the app.

If you're going on a business trip, you'll be pretty happy with their deals on hotel bookings. I got a great deal for my stay in Vegas. Their concierge service also made it simple for me to book some high-end restaurant. HOOCH BLACK membership is worth it when you add in how good their access perks are.

I downloaded this app for an event I was attending, with the intention of using its free features. There’s a page that asks you to subscribe, with a “no thanks” option right below it. I accidentally hit the subscribe button, and my credit card was than charged $9.99. I emailed customer service immediately and explained the situation, and all they said was “sorry we don’t issue refunds. View our terms and conditions”. Seriously? What kind of business are you running? You give bad business, you’ll get bad business. Hooch obviously has no concern for its reputation or its users. Avoid this app and its unethical, poor business practices.

Hooch is one of the best app. First time I check the app I thought it will be good. So i was right. It provides one free drink.

Wow same issue that others have expressed and seems like the horrible customer service is the norm here! Beware when they say referrals give you free months. In reality, you have to remember at which date you first activated the account and when the next billing day will be so you can “activate” your referral credit. Not clear in anyway. I was charged $10 when I knew I had a free month and contacted customer service for a refund. They denied and denied. I told them my experience was also poor with the one bar I attended for a free drink because after my friend and I had already been seated, the restaurant told us we’d have to pay for another round or appetizer before getting our free drinks...at this point there were definitely no warnings of this or “premium” bars listed on the app, so seemed like the waitress could make up whatever she wanted and it would have been awkward to argue. It also would have been too awkward to leave at that point, so we ended up buying overpriced drinks we didn’t even want... THIS APP IS SO NOT WORTH IT

Are people still using this app because I checked 3 cities to check the bars but there was only one bar that came up and that was Austin but couldn’t find anything else ??‍♀️
