This thing is more useless than Pioneer's AppRadio. If you're going to attempt to pretend you have a technology advanced info enter unit then have some actual apps let alone useful features. No apps, no remote engine start, door lock/unlock, etc. Nothing. This thing is worthy of zero stars. Honda, please let us at least drive our vehicles into a dealer and have a firmware upgrade to Apple CarPlay.

Update July 2016 - Honda Navigation App has become worthless (cannot connect to server). It's been two years. No new or worthwhile apps. Why not add TomTom Navigation. Escort Radar. Sigalert. My Radar Pro. Sirius XM Radio. So much potential. I guess this epic failure shows the direction Honda is heading in. I regret purchasing my 2014 Honda Civic because of this. I was talked out of purchasing the Navigation System with Sirius Radio for this crappy app. Let me tell you Honda. Honda Link is an epic failure. Update. How do I change to a zero star review. Only works half the time. The navigation app doesn't load 25% of the time. Requires cellphone service for nav to work. And. Where's the apps. Beautiful TV Screen. No apps. Why not add weather alerts. Weather radar. Why not add apps like escort radar. Why not add apps like waze or sigalert. Travel apps. Tom Tom. Why not allow Apple car play. So much potential. So much failure from Honda. UPDATE: App remains worthless. If this is the future of Honda. We are in trouble. No value. Why not allow Apple Carplay in Honda's. Oh. Yea. The Honda Navigation APP is not compatible with iOS 8.1.1. Will not sync with the Honda Touch Screen. Wasted $60. Now have no on screen navigation. Should have purchased the over priced Navigation System. Worthless App. An App to launch Honda Apps. Too bad Honda doesn't have any. If it wasn't required for Honda Link. It would be deleted.

This app is a horrible let down. So disappointed with Honda and their continued refusal to fix this app along with the overall idea of integrating apps from my phone into the car. This idea had so much potential. Honda FIX this now and live up to the promises your sales reps made to me when I bought my car. To make this great Honda only needs to give me an app that enables me to mirror and control my phone through built in navigation screen. Why is this so hard! The app already has this ability but locks the phone to only using Honda's navigation server which is fails half the time i use it.

Nothing really more to say. It's like a folder on your phone to store all your Honda apps. Since there aren't really any Honda apps, there's no point to having this.

Update: saw an update today for "enhancements". Where are the enhancements? This software is crap. No support, just crappy honda apps.

It is interesting that Honda is doing nothing on this apps and the navigation apps. Nothing has been changed from long time. The navigation apps is not updated one. Old map. Honda should update that.

This app is trash. How is the most expensive vehicle that Honda has, which is also their flagship not supported? I paid over $40k for a brand new Hond Pilot SUV, which just went through a complete redesign and it's not supported, yet a $17k Honda Civic is supported? Makes no sense. They need to either put CarPlay in the 16-17 Pilot or provide support for this app.
