Sees all of my artists and playlists but there are no songs. Music is on phone.

The concept it’s great but it doesn’t work on my odyssey. The app shows my artists, albums and playlist on my iPhone but once you select an album there are no songs to select. I've search the internet several times to find a solution to this bug but there is nothing about there.
Plugged my phone into our 2012 CRV, it suggests this, despite not supporting it
