Bad app and experience

This app was recommended when I plugged my phone into the USB power. It isn’t even supported for my ‘14 RLX. Waste of a download!
Great...but

It only supports Apple Music. Not other music platforms like tidal and Spotify. Also, it connects with WI-FI! (0__o) it disconnects you from cellular and uses wifi, NOT BLUETOOTH (which is weird because it asks for your location). Please fix this app so i can use social playlists and not just control the rear AC.

The app kills battery right now because of location services being on all the time. Please update this to time out after app is closed or to only use when app is open. Literal 23% battery usage since I downloaded it and I didn't even hook it up to the van yet!

I tried many many times to make it connect. The connect instructions provided with the app DO NOT WORK. Come on Honda ....
Shouldn’t need location services

The app refuses to work unless access to location services is granted. There’s no reason for this if you’re just trying to stream music.
2013 CR-V suggests this app, but the app does not work

We have a 2013 CR-V, when I connect my iPhone it says that I should install this app. The app doesn’t support our vehicle. What a bad user experience.

It made my sony device crash!!! the minute i downloaded this and connected my phone to it, my sony turned off and had to reset it. Horrible APP.
Won’t accept the given password!!

Not one app worked My pilot. In this particular case the app won’t accept the password that shows in screen. I’m really not happy with any of your programs. They’re worth nothing.
Why does it take forever for Navigation to pull results

Like the idea of the app, having a remote control in my hand while sitting in the back is a great idea. I have a problem with the navigation feature of the app taking an eternity to resolve an address when I am trying to send an address to the main unit for navigation. Also would be nice if volume controls were added to the app, ability to raise volume, changer fader setting would be appreciated. Thank you
